ZOOM: Need a piece of cardiovascular equipment (ideally a rower, but other options may be used), resistance bands and light objects to be used as resistance.

This class will resemble our typical off-season circuit training workouts.  There will be rowing as well as strength training involved in this workout.  Some body weight, and core exercises will be included during the rowing portion of the workout. The goal is to improve both strength and cardiovascular function while improving muscle endurance as well.
